Using cooling towers for generating chilled water, converting wave form of power supply to save energy, free cooling by water spraying to roof, thermal storage by high temperature ice, freon refrigeration cycle without throttling etc, all these are very creative with some widely used many years ago and some still under research. After years of operations, we believe that people can be very creative and innovative especially when stimulated, cultivated and motivated.
