In recent years, the work environment and meeting culture in the industry have evolved significantly. We no longer rely on face-to-face meetings, and most documents are now stored digitally on our servers. As a result, the demand for traditional workstations and storage space has decreased. In response to this trend, we have restructured parts of our office layout, optimizing conference rooms and meeting areas while reducing the rented office area.

Ir. Bernard Ng graduated from the HK University of Science and Technology in 2010 with honor degree in Mechanical Engineering. He holds a Master Degree in Building Services Engineering and has been a Chartered Engineer for some years. He joined Talent as graduate trainee since his graduation. He worked as an Assistant Engineer and ascended up the stair to his last position as Associate Director in the Company.
